Day 1. Monday April 7
"We want to wait for rates to drop." "We are just looking." "We are not pre-approved yet." "Our lease isn't up until summer." We are going to work through every major buyer objection together. You will learn how to think through your response so you can handle any version of these conversations no matter how they come at you.
Day 2. Tuesday April 8
"We want to list higher." "We are going to wait until spring." "Another agent said they'd charge less." "Our neighbor's house sold for X." Seller conversations require a different kind of confidence. We are building that on Day 2.
Day 3. Wednesday April 9
This is the day that changes everything. "How's the market?" at a cookout. A friend who says they're renting another year. A family member with a cousin in real estate. The conversations happening in your everyday life are your warmest leads. We are going to make sure you are ready for every single one of them.
