HEY REAL ESTATE BESTIES!

Have you ever had a deal be delayed? The seller is packed up, the buyer is on a tight deadline to leave their rental, and everyone is impatiently waiting to hear those magic words: clear to close. As realtors, those moments of waiting can feel like forever—stressful, uncertain, and completely out of our hands.

Now imagine waiting not for days or weeks, but for centuries. That’s what Israel experienced as they waited for the arrival of the Messiah. For generations, they clung to promises like:

 • “For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given.” (Isaiah 9:6)

 • “But you, Bethlehem… from you shall come forth for me one who is to be ruler in Israel.” (Micah 5:2)

They yearned for the Savior who would rescue them, guide them, and fulfill God’s covenant. And then, on a quiet night in Bethlehem, the promise was fulfilled. Jesus, the Son of God, was born in a humble manger, and the angels declared: “For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Savior, who is Christ the Lord.” (Luke 2:11)

As you wrap up your year and prepare for the holiday season, I pray you remember this: we should always yearn for Jesus more than we yearn for a real estate deal. The best words we can hear aren’t clear to close but the words that remind us of the incredible gift we’ve received: “A Savior has been born to you.”

I love you, Bestie, and I’m praying that you have a wonderful Christmas.

With love,
