If there is one thing I hear over and over again from my Besties, it is the frustration of not knowing everything. Not knowing every contract detail. Not knowing what to say in a tough conversation. Not knowing how to convert a lead. Not knowing how to do all the pieces of this business perfectly.
But let me tell you something.
Weakness and not knowing can actually be a gift.

When Paul talked about his thorn in 2 Corinthians 12, he asked God three times to take it away. And God did not remove it. Instead, God said, “My grace is sufficient for you, for My power is made perfect in weakness.” Paul wanted to be strong, but God wanted to show him that the strength he needed would never come from himself. It would come from God working through him.
I look back over my years in real estate and I know for a fact that God used my mistakes to shape me. The contracts I misunderstood, the conversations where I froze, the moments where I felt completely unqualified. Every single one of those became a place where God showed me just how perfect He is in my weakness.
And hear me clearly. We are not out here intentionally making mistakes. We are learning and growing. But be gentle with yourself. Give yourself space to acknowledge that you do not know everything yet. None of us do. And sometimes it is in the imperfections and the inconsistencies where we see God work the most. Because when things do not go perfectly, that is when His grace steps in.
So instead of trying to be perfect today, embrace the places where you feel unsure. Invite God into the parts of your business that feel weak. Ask Him to do what only He can do in and through you.
Your weakness is not a liability. It is an invitation for His strength. And that is the real gift.
Your Real Estate Bestie,
