This past week, we hosted a virtual Sneak Peek Week, inviting Real Estate Besties to learn more about Accelerator Coaching. We had one goal, but God clearly had another—to show us the importance and momentum that comes with being part of a healthy community.

In real estate, it can feel competitive, cutthroat even, and many of us have experienced moments where it felt safer to do things alone. But God didn’t design us to go it alone; He created us to thrive in connection with others. The Bible reminds us that:

• David had Jonathan as a loyal friend who “strengthened his hand in God” (1 Samuel 23:16).
• Moses had Aaron to help him lead (Exodus 4:14-15)
• Jesus had His disciples, whom He sent out two by two to spread His message (Mark 6:7).

These partnerships show us that God often accomplishes His will through community and that, together, we’re stronger.

It was truly wonderful to see women from all across the country come in as strangers and bond over a very short period of time. It makes you wonder—what could happen if we were more intentional about coming together, instead of just trying to do our own thing?

I encourage you to look for the places in your life where you can invite healthy community to come alongside you. And if you don’t see that community, it may just be your calling to create it.

I understand it’s sometimes hard to let people in, especially if you’ve been hurt before. But pray and ask God to help you release that anxiety, and ask Him for the courage to trust in Him and His people again. He created us to grow together, and when we’re brave enough to open up, we’ll experience the blessings of friendship, support, and shared purpose that He intends for us.
