HEY REAL ESTATE BESTIES!

Lead generation is boring. It really is.

I can’t tell you how many times I sat down with every intention of pulling out my phone to call my database or follow up with open house leads only to find myself in the deep, dark hole of scrolling reels on IG or liking my friends’ photos on Facebook.

I didn’t do a whole lot of research on what it would take to be successful as an agent, but I did as many people do. I watched HGTV and looked at social media. I can’t remember one show that highlighted the mundane task of lead generating, which is insane considering that it’s the backbone of the business.

But that’s how life is, right? From the outside looking in, something seems so simple, but the reality is much different. The truth is that being successful at anything is most likely the result of consistent yet BORING work.

Lead generation might seem like a drag, but it’s those everyday things that end up being surprisingly important. Remember Moses leading the Israelites or Joshua marching around Jericho? Yeah, those didn’t seem like much either, but God did some amazing stuff through them. In 1 Corinthians 1:27-29, Paul talks about how God uses what seems small to do big things.

So, even when life feels routine, trust that God can make it special. Stay faithful in the simple stuff, knowing God’s power can turn the ordinary into something extraordinary.

It’s easy to get caught up in the glamour we see on TV and social media, but true success often comes from those boring, everyday tasks. Embrace them, knowing that God can use these moments to create something incredible. Stay consistent, stay faithful, and watch how He transforms the mundane into the miraculous.
